In this program you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge in leadership and managerial aspects as they apply to the field of healthcare, including finance, marketing, organizational behavior, human resources and ethical decision-making. In the concentration courses, explore managing in the healthcare organization, quality improvement, healthcare systems and human resource management. You also have the opportunity to complete a hands-on management capstone project associated with healthcare systems.
