Explore healthcare and information technology in CTU’s online Master of Science in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Informatics. The program was created to help you use technological solutions and data analysis to improve the quality of healthcare delivery and is aligned with the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).
Explore data management approaches to managing patient-centered electronic health data including abstracting data, compiling information and researching data. Examine health information systems, delivery systems and classification systems. Review innovative approaches in computer science, information technology, decision science, organizational behavior, and knowledge management used to deliver and enhance care. In a capstone project, you will have the opportunity to use innovative IT approaches in data analytics to develop a framework for the redesign of a patient-center electronic health data system for a health organization.
